Country Visit PolandOver the course of my recent 2-day trip to Warsaw, Poland, I had the opportunity to visit EssilorLuxottica EOLP plant, two of our VisionExpress store locations and engage in meaningful discussions with colleagues from our Polish talent pool at the local Headquarters. With 2014 dedicated employees serving our customers across a network of over 250 stores spread throughout the country, VisionExpress is the national market leader of Poland's Optical market.VisionExpress' mission is to provide exceptional eye care to our customers..My 2 days journey began with a tour of the EssilorLuxottica EOLP plant in Warsaw; this lab handles approximately 12 million optical orders annually. One exiting development currently taking place at the EOLP is the integration project of the edging and mounting activities. This initiative exemplifies the synergies we can achieve by combinating EssilorLuxottica and GrandVision's expertise, further elevating our quality standards to meet our customers' needs. The second day began with a "Talent Coffee" session, where I engaged with some talents from our local Team. This was a great opportunity to share our professional experiences and discuss the present and future of our company.Next, the Team lead by Krisztian Makkai, and I visited two VisionExpress stores in Warsaw. The first one was in the Promenada shopping mall, recently refitted with the Easy Vision format. The store reopened on April 22nd and I was delighted to see the positive impact of the refitting, which lead to an impressive sales growth. The second store was located in the King Cross Mall; this store has been experiencing a consistent business performance. The two days I spent in Warsaw were incredibly productive and inspiring. I am immensely proud of the Team's dedication and the innovative projects underway.Thank you Team Poland.#EssilorLuxottica#VisionExpress#WeAreEssilorLuxottica

Exclusive BrandsToday I want to share some highlights from my recent visit to our Montigny office, where I had the pleasure of meeting the Team lead by Claire Pierrejean driving the success of our Exclusive Brands - DbyD, Unofficial and Seen - within our EMEA Optical Retail Network. Our Exclusive Brands hold a strategic position in our offering: each brand offers unique value proposition with a diverse range of spectacles and sunglasses catering to different price positioning and complementing EssilorLuxotica portfolio. For Unofficial, the goal is to become the most desirable product in the affordable fashion segment by reinforcing the core business and entry price range. Sustainability is becoming a focus for the brand, with plans to develop new products using recycled materials to meet consumer expectations on sustainability.Sustainability is a key driver for DbyD's strategic journey. DbyD has developed, throughout more then 5 years, a sustainability brand with its strategy focusing on making sustainability accessible for all.I am proud of the creativity, dedication, and teamwork I witnessed at Montigny.Thank you Team!#DbyD#Unofficial#Seen#EssilorLuxottica#WeAre#SeeMoreBeMore

Pearle Opticiens and GrandOpticalToday I want to share some highlights from my recent visit to Soesterberg where our local team plays a crucial role in supporting our business activities in Belgium and the Netherlands.During my time in our Pearle Headquarter, I had the pleasure of spending quality time with a cross-sectional group of talents from different departments. Our lunch together was more than just a meal; it was an opportunity for open dialogue and connection, allowing us to get to know one other. I was genuinely enthusiastic about listening to their experiences within the Company and hearing about their aspiration for the future. It was an occasion to discuss the importance of diversity, equity, and inclusion within our company and how relevant these principles are in shaping the company of today and tomorrow.Thank you to everyone for your hard work, for the incredible results of #Pearle and #GrandOptical, and for turning these visits into meaningful moments.#SeeMoreBeMore#WeAre#PearleOpticiens#GrandOptical#EssilorLuxottica

GrandOptical Luxembourg Last week I had the opportunity to visit Luxembourg which is a strategic market for our business. We are the market leader in supporting Luxembourgers in their visual health journey through 11 #GrandOptical stores and 1 #GeneraledOptique store. Our 80 employees have an impressive experience in serving a demanding clientele in terms of healthcare , iconic brands and high tech lenses. One notable point of pride of our Luxembourg team is that 8 out 11 of our store managers are women, and they bring an oustanding professionalism and a wealth of linguistic skills to our stores, being fluent in French, English, German and Portoguese.During my visit, I was in the worksite of the first remodeled #GrandOptical store in Luxembourg; located in the heart of the city, the central Grand Rue, the store is set to reopen in mid-June with the company skin format.Thank you, Guillaume and your amazing Team, for hosting me.#EssilorLuxottica#WeAre#DE&I

GrandVision IberiaI was in Barcelona and I was really pleased to go through the projects and achievements with the Leadership Team lead by Axel Mallman. In the last 12 months we have created a new Region including Spain and Portugal with a clear target to elevate the market. Optica 2000 in Spain and Multiopticas in Portugal are our key brands.I had also the pleasure of connecting with some young talents of our Iberia Team to discuss EssilorLuxottica mission and exchange our experiences. These conversations served as a powerful reminder of our commitment to nurturing talent and cultivating a culture of growth and development within our organization.#EssilorLuxottica#Optica2000#Multiopticas
