I always use valvoline and I will no longer. The staff didn’t even talk to me they told me the price, I presented a coupon they said it was used and I didn’t use it yet. The staff talked to co worker the entire time didn’t offer and other services didn’t show me my filter or anything!

I was told my radiator fluid would fix my air conditioning issues. This was untrue and they left the cap off of my radiator for the fluid to then spew out of my engine and start smoking under the hood. I had to spend an unbelievable amount of money out of town due to this error on rental cars and hotels and rode share rides. I also had to take my car to a Honda dealer to be serviced a day and a half later due to this error on valvolines part. I had to receive new radiator fluid as well as a new oil change a day and a half after valvolines "performed" these tasks.

I've been a car enthusiast since the 1950s, and this is the finest "in-and-out", "wait-in-your-car" experience I have ever encountered. Clear, clean, fun, enjoyable, friendly, intelligent and with it staff I have ever encountered. What a beautiful concept. The training really shows with your gang as they service ground-level and underneath the car at the same time. No gimmicks, not sales pitches...I'd come back tomorrow, but the service required on my car has been achieved!
