By definition, a “belweather” is someone or something that predicts or sets the future direction, which is what this community hopes to do for the area. So why is there a sheep on the logo? The word actually dates back to a time when a “wether” was the sheep that led the flock and a bell was usually attached to the sheep to help the shepherds find it in the fields. Hence, “bellwether” – the sheep that led the way; but could always be found. We added the ‘e’ to the bell, as “belle” means beauty. And this community will be as beautiful as it is forward-facing.

His response was always immediate, even after closing, when we had some issues. Chris stayed through til the end with a situation 5 months after closing. He was superb. Jarian Rich, our warranty contact person, has been tops in correcting and finalizing some issues that needed finishing at our 1-year warranty inspection. He had to coordinate with several companies to finish up warranty details, and it was difficult in the middle of the Covid crisis.
